The beige book didn't look all that good, but the TICK and PREM sure jumped up on it. Neither seem to be going very far, and both are now dropping back. Weird, PSFT had about a 1% pop at 2pm. DJIA has gone red. We have enough time before the close for the rest to close red. QCOM smacking LOD.
