I don't fault Intel management for missing out Apple's A series business. In fact I think it was a right decision at that time. But what about missing Android? Emergence of Andorid was in response to growing popularity of iPhone. So things were ample clear way back.

Excellent point. They were very late to recognize how strong Android was, when it was pretty obvious to everyone watching the market. I can't even recall the name of the OS they were building with Nokia any more...
