great analogy, Pasta. Like all govt agendas, it takes a while to get everything in place. As inventories get depleted at the distributors, it will pick up. More and more of the older equipment is retired and replaced, but due to the changes in the law benefiting the prime contractors to retain more of the repairs versus given to the depots, we can only hope the govt continues to pursue regulations that make prime contractors also required to use APDN marking.
