here are how the warrants work for those wondering. First, there are actually 4 sets of warrants that you could purchase as of now. each warrant has a different value due to the fact that they each have different prices that the shares could be acquired for and they all have different expiry dates. the 4 warrants currently are tmd.wt, tmd.wt.a, tmd.wt.b, tmd.wt.c

the warrant has two values attached to it. it has an intrinsic value and also a time value. the intrinsic value is how much the warrant strike price is above the current price. the time value is the premium that someone is willing to pay based on how much time until expiry.

here is an example. tmd.wt.b warrants have a strike price of $1.75 with an expiry date of Dec 22 2016. so if we use an example of titan trading at $3 per share before that date the warrants would have an intrinsic value of $1.25 per share and depending on how long until expiry possibly a premium for time value.

you can either exercise the warrant which means purchase the stock for $1.75 when it's trading at $3 or just sell the warrant and take the gain. if the stock is trading below the strike price on the expiry date the warrant will be worthless.
