Most of the engagement/agreements that APDN having are not real contracts, they are pre-pilot,pilot,testing projects.
DNAnet was a pilot project
Copper testing was a pilot project
I think this one is also a testing project. DLA mandate was testing project which started in 2011. After 2 years it became actual contract.Similary I guess the deal with NISSHA for touch screens started in 2010 , now its becoming actual contract
I agree that this is the boring stock to watch in past 6 months. But who know it will be flying high after 6 months from now.
