Description of the technology from the article just recommended:

This is sufficiently bad, ignorant, dishonest, etc. to allow cheerful disregard of anything else said.

This report needs to be assessed in light of this silly statement.

Those "diseased cells" should read 'viruses'.

1) the price decline did not start for well over a week after that pure garbage was posted.
2) use of an Volume Weighted Average Price (VWAP) is dead typical for secondaries because it is a more accurate assessment of a company's true value. It protects both the buyers and seller from getting a bad deal due to very short term volatility AND from some scam newsletter jacking up or down the SP with a lot of shares right at the close to profit from either short or long positions (which is EXACTLY IMHO why this newsletter is so incensed about the use of the VWAP.
3) all the details of the warrants VWAP etc were fully known at the time of the secondary. Again the market would have reacted LONG ago if there was any substance whatsoever to this absurd claim!
4)filing a lawsuit (intending to quickly withdraw it once the trades have been made) is just a scumball tactic IMHO. NOTHING hidden was done. ALL of the details were fully public at all times.
5) The NAME of the newsletter says it all Terri BULL

The second link all I got was

And I can't help but note that your ID was minted 20 minutes before your post which was the very first one you've done. Do you by any chance have any financial connection with "Teri Buhl"?

Which I find not at all surprising. (withdrawn because of a countersuit?)

This kind of flagrantly illegal manipulation is beyond disgusting.

IMHO a countersuit might well be successful (as it was with Overstocked.com)
