An injunction is the most BULLISH event against an infringer that could possibly ever happen at the beginning of an infringement suit. How the hell could it be bearish? VRNG has made a prima facia showing that ZTE is infringing. The Court in India put a total lock down on that infringement. No more phone sales. No more importing phones that infringe.
