Who is the one signing everything off as CEO? --- That would be Kevin Quirk - this goes for everything you can look up on the company at a current state.

Who has stated they are CFO and even when looking up the company info you will find the name-- That would be Joe C. - NOT A CEO

Also here is a link showing who the CFO is- this was the same site that was being questioned yesterday because it said Joe was CEO.

Peter was removed and had a 6 month consulting/payoff agreement which has now lapsed.

Never 3 CEO's at once. Thats absurd look at the filings clearly states role changes.

All water under the bridge at this point and immaterial. KQ CEO, JC CFO, Steve Hutcherson CMO!
