The Watt's nomination ,you don't think it's a strategist part for the government (Obama) before the lawsuits ,and actually the new situation "current realities including pending lawsuits, net zero and net positive, changing public sentiment, design failures of the House and Senate proposed legislation, private capital proposals, etc." IF the lawsuits going in to favor of shareholders ,then will be less painful for his administration and democratic party, I mean DeMarco is guilty ,He sing the famous 3rd amendment in 2012 ,Watts not ,appreciate your opinion about it !!
