I suggest you learn what "prudent man" means (here is a hint - a prudent man is sane and it has absolutely nothing to do with skill) You can be the most skillful miner in the world, but it would not change the fact there are no economic resources in the mine. A person would have to be insane to spend any money on the Excelsior "mine" because the obvious facts show it is not worth a penny. Is Donaldson insane?
