You know one of my family runs a private investment company and people have trashed his name all over the internet b/c they lost money in investing. None of the allegations against him were true. Do you believe everything you read on the internet? It's easy to write bad things about people on the internet. In my opinion its a cowardly act.

So according to you Frank is just one step below Bernie Madoff and one above Al Capone.... He is a pinksheet crook who swindles innocent investors...

Yet when you look up Frank on this web site... he has no criminal record... not one arrest for fraud, no convictions for Security fraud...nothing nada...zip

I will take my chances here, as I said, the OTC is littered with people who have been associated with many, many pinksheet stocks... case you have not heard... only 1 in more the 10 start up companys last more then a year, let alone make a go of it... its a gamble... for god shakes man, it a sub penny stock, did you think there wouldn't be any flaws.... But a tip of the hat to you in earnest for at least doing some DD on him... most dont do any... you just, IMO, did not use the info you got correctly. GLTY
