Necessity
The culprit of the dilution is simply necessity, we needed money to operate, if there is any blame it should be on the serial flippers and shorters and MM’s (nite), the extent of the dilution would have been far less if people would have held their positions back when the pps was up, that way Gerald could have could have financed at much more favorable amounts. However that is not the case and many people have adopted the strategy of flipping all or a portion of their position anytime this stock gets traction making it appear a P&D. So there is an endless cycle until Gerald figures out to let out some blah news, lets everyone do their flip and than drops the hammer with something undeniably big, which I believe we will see in the near term. We appear to have that near term money, that will lead to more in the form of revenue. Gotta spend money to make it right, I wouldn't worry about it on this round, I would be surprissed to see another before Lympro hits.
