Lets see. You bought shares of EXLA at .05 and your thought is management wasn't the problem, the mine was/is (no comment yet as to how they made the same mistake twice...the first time with a company the SEC shut down), and luckily you have heard from a friend in Wickenberg, AZ who knows one of the people involved, that they may be getting a new mine in Indonesia. You asked the board if anyone else heard this rumor I assume because you felt that was a possibility or you just wanted potential investors to know of said rumor which for all intents and purposes, you started. I guess you could argue you didn't start the rumor, it was your friend. In addition you believe this team could be successful some where like Mexico, Chile, Peru, the Philippines, etc. if they can raise the money. You also have met Paul Donaldson through one of his graduate students. After said meeting you determined "He is honest to the point that he could never bluff playing poker, let alone scam the public." You mentioned this because you disagree with me and 1manband who believe this company is an insider enrichment scam. You have on numerous occasions asked us to check our facts and also told 1manband "I don't believe that you have actually read the reports that are on line, seen the mine, hired anyone to look at it for you, or know anyone who has been there." I guess the fact that both of us have warned this stock would lose people money, and it has lost people money (including you apparently) isn't as important to you as this exciting rumor you heard... from a friend. Moving on you stated "Donaldson resigned as CEO and also resigned from the BOD. If their business address is in Wenatchee, WA, then McFarland must be the Acting CEO, until the position can be filled" but initially you wanted me to check my facts because "The corporate office is in Idaho, not Washington." The corporate office in Idaho that is Donaldson's house and the Corporate office in Washington that is Mcfarland's house for you home gamers trying to keep up.
Here's what I think in regards to EXLA. EXLA will never mine anything besides investors pockets. Every nickel they raise, which will never be enough to run a real mine, will go right back into their pockets. They are at BEST a horrible management team and in my opinion total scam artists. If you genuinely believe otherwise you have my sympathies. as always opinions vary. All are welcomed to their own.
