A different option Velti could have taken instead of BK? Angel investor?

From YMB

So we all know Velti is indebted to many publishers. Lets just say its to the tune of 50 million owed. I would be willing to bet publishers would settle out of court if 50% of the value owed to them showed up in their Paypal accounts within 2 weeks, no questions asked. So 25MM investment there. With the fact Alex and Chris each holding 4MM shares, with the value of their portfolio being 80MM each, dwindled to 400K each, I would be willing to bet this:

You get these guys against the ropes. Some high risk taker with deep pockets (A single angel investor) approaches them and says this:

I give you guys 25MM cash and in conjunction with this, you MUST do the following within 2 weeks of getting the money. You eliminate 80% of all management, and keep sales guys. You eliminate and close down offices everywhere except for US, UK, India. I want to see headcount reduction from 700 down to 150. You start focussing on relationship building and fostering with all clients. You make the objective that by doing mass reductions in redundancies, they agree that share price more than likely will recover to a proper valuation of PE 30, and they watch their nest egg go up 100 fold again. You tell them this needs to be sold by the likes of Ross/Baker by 2016. Moukas and Kaskavelis agree to pay the single angel investor back 100MM back since the value of their own personal portfolio went back to a combined 160MM, a generous token gift to the angel for saving the company.

It's clear to me that Velti is going to revisit the $0.50 -$0.70 range before the 16th of December.
