I don't think you really understand what is/has occured.Maybe you do but its going to take alot to explain.

I've figured this fron every mathematical theroy one can think up.

I will tell you this there is no way ILNS will liquidate.Outright sale, partnership will occur if the major holder don't take the whole or take control umtil said events sale, partnershp occur.

No company its (insiders) with two different ongoing trials with Intellects pipeline is going to liquidate even if it were trying to rack up more damages on the pending ligation against Pfizer cause no way can one say what the exact outcome of damages shall be granted.

I've alot of feelings for Chain.I had a long talk Friday with a unknow person.I told him exactly what I will do soon and its not going bass fishing.

I can assure you the hair cutting thats taken place was needed to complete the enter plan.

I ask you this. When is the best time to strike a person, company?

Its when they are in dire straights.Blech/Chassman sure been in a pickle.

Intellect was in one say May 2012 and really it was coming 6 months before.Pfizers investigative team passed it up the latter and Pfizer intended to close Intellects doors.

Shapiro has won this case as I stated many times. Its over except the amount.

The company as a whole is worth .25 to .60 cents after debt to big pharma anything less and we got screwed again.

I agree Maza has a rope about 2 feet long around his neck.He got problems over where he works as of today and they might just grow grow grow.

IMHO Maza breached his fiduciary duties at ILNS many times.I really don't care what occurs over at his other place of work cause I'm not invested there.

Something else.

If Dr.Chain sold his stake in ILNS it would be a material event and a filing would have been filed with the SEC cause it would be a material event just like in the prior 10K Chassman!

We include in the description below transactions involving certain of our founders and control persons.

Certain Relationships Involving Margie Chassman and David Blech
