My guess is that the full 2.5 billion AS has been issued. Heck, that would only be 125k worth of debt erased at .00005/share, which is probably the highest price Joe would have considered paying for them since he knew it would be .0001 long before they could be unloaded on retail.
I would also guess that many remain to be dumped, then RS again and start round 3 for Q.
