the concerns are with some weakening Nand pricings or some such , let me find,....


NAND Flash pricing looks rough in 2006-Neut@BARD
The firm believes NAND Flash card retail pricing has been down as much as 40% since the end of last year, supporting BARD's position that NAND is now starting an oversupply. BARD feels SNDK's Q1 guidance will show seasonal slowdowns along with lower pricing. This could impact gross margins.

Zeev...this am Baird came out with a note saying pricing in NAND flash would be more difficult in 2006. As you say SNDK should blow out numbers...but how they handle guidance may be the key.
