Thanks so much for all the responses. So without question we're locked into the stock for 4 months to get all of our shares back. If $22.96 is the for sure price then I think we'll be ok there. Anything higher and I'm not sure I can lock myself in for that long.
interesting and good to know, although that 3,5% is not 100% sure yet, I can remember very clearly when Horton stated on a conference about 2 months ago that common could get even higher than 3,5%... I mean is gamble and have to said kinda scary but if we don't risk we don't win... simple as that...
