HRT or more accurately the managment at HRT has thus far not demonstrated the ability to operate a company with any restraint or competence. If a managment team could be put in place with the right set of skills to realize the potential of the asset, then the company could have good upside potential. If the only change is in the number of people directly involved and not the people themselves, than I hope the company is liquidated. Like you say, the assets have value, but I feel that the market has no confidence in the managment of the assets.
