lless, what should be on the positive momentum side is in all likelihood, the debt holders have fully converted their current allotment and most likely sold it off. If so, while they probably could convert more tomorrow, they may want to hold off on more to give their new shares a chance to be absorbed at these levels. If not, and they push to convert and sell more, it could crash the stock before they get a chance to fully sell, making their conversion at 80% of the past three trading days in danger of having to be sold below their conversion rate, losing them money.
So, assuming no more conversions tomorrow, we are then faced with the chart. MACD is turning negative and RSI straddling 50. Big early morning buying could turn both numbers quickly and have the stock challenge .004 before the morning is up. On the other hand, if big sales hit at the open, it could turn the technicals into a screaming sell, causing a sell off. First 30 minutes should be key and IMHO, could go either way, but if I were betting, I would be betting on initial buying and a bump in the PPS, albeit probably short lived.
