Thank you for providing verification that what Brandon told me was accurate. Peter originally issued the PR on Tuesday morning for distribution on the OTC Markets website only. He then reissued it in the afternoon for distribution through PR Newswire.

The PR was first posted on iHub at 11:39 AM EST so it was indeed issued in the morning. The time stamp on the receipt is 12:13 PM also presumably EST as both VDSC and OTC Markets are in that time zone. Additionally Brandon told me that Peter had selected release for websites only which seems to be the Web ReleasePLUS option.

IMO, Peter deceived people who contacted him by not explaining that he issued the PR twice. It's hilarious that he actually put a screen shot of the receipt on the website.
