CQRA works w/microfraudtaskforce SEC. Filings are important but AYI is transitional and needs to remain "dark" ..
There is a lot riding here .. RIGHT/
When FILINGS, form 13 s are ready they'll hit.
CQRA is relevant.. 3 teir task force & $ASYI continue to trade in spite of hundreds of investor complaints/inquiries.
Operation Shell Expel targets companies falling into states of default like you have mentioned.
$ASYI is not there and continues to trade freely in plain view & knowledge of the CQRA & SEC
