It's trading very well. I wouldn't call it a rut.

.15 is going to come. Start buying at the ask and it will push
to .15 :)

I would think that once the CE is removed, that in itself should take us back above .15

We've been in this '.07-.09 range' for about week. A week isn't a 'rut'. In fact far from a 'rut' this price range represents about a 300%-400% increase from where it's been trading the past few years. What we are seeing is called a 'pull back' & 'accumulation'. But here is a 411: stocks don't go straight up.

I suggest reading/watching the project presentations & fact sheets on the companies website - along with the recent PR's to get a better grasp of where this company is heading.
