Ok, so in a brief DD session, here is my made for TV movie deduction:

Pierre Besuchet (Director or former Director) has ties (or had in the past) to Saudi terrorist groups (Google him) and has been involved in several lawsuits and can be classified as a promoter.

Example:

Crown Equity Holdings Inc. (CRWE.OB) has received 3,000,000 shares of (144) restricted common stock from the company and 3,000,000 shares of free trading shares from a third party (PIERRE BESUCHET) for six months of advertisement services for National Health Partners Inc. (NHPR.OB).

So IMO, Besuchet is being sued, in his native Switzerland by a large or largest shareholders of ZLUE.

I don't have any idea how this will affect the company going forward, but can't imagine it affects anything much.
