Well, considering they are dumping 72mil shares, regardless if they are part of the O/S, or new issue- how long will it take to move them from their weak hands to those stronger/more willing to hold it?
Average over the last 20 trading sessions is around 400K shares- so in about 6-months the share price should start moving. Does that line of thinking make sense?
