I've only been skimming through all of the posts here today because IMO they have been a bit too wordy for me but I have to say something.
If you don't agree, please do not attack too viciously because I cry easily.
I have been a member of SI, RB and now IH since around 1998 and from what I can see, Bob and Matt are heads above the other two sites as far as availability and customer service.
I have always perceived this to be an excellent thing but I guess when people are that easily accessible, other people tend to take advantage.
My point is.......
Thanks Bob and Matt for the way you do things here and for the way you are available pretty much 24/7.
And that's all I have to say about that!
