Frasier doesn't need Haddock to get that done. He needs Haddock or someone like Haddock to straighten out the mess at the SEC so that they can promote the stock and get the PPS up. Then Frasier can sell some shares and reload via his options. Then the company gets a cash infusion. It isn't rocket science, but it might be more than Haddock can handle. That in my mind is the only question. Hopefully the new accountant they hired is helping Haddock to do his job.
