SEEK is current thanks to the audited financials. As to why he hasn't filed 10Q's, K's etc.. these can cost thousands of dollars and SEEK is not yet on middle or upper tiers of the OTCBB where these are REQUIRED to have full disclosure with the SEC. Why would he waste money?!!! Pretty obviously had more pressing needs for spending money on developing his business. That sticky is totally nonsensical.
