Perhaps somebody got word that there is going to be some sort of Promo and they are frontloading.
There are a lot of people that hold many shares that they paid 10 times more than the current value for. Maybe one or some of them are trying to hype this apparently dead company in order to get rid of those shares and not take such a huge loss.
