Cannot wait to find the reason for possibly not informing DHSM.

I've already suggested one. Only about ten times, so maybe it escaped your notice.

Recently DHSM raised its a/s to 4 billion from 2 billion. Now, if a deposit of, say, 500 million or a billion suddenly hit DTC, that may have been enough to persuade them to take action.

if DHSM was not informed of the suspension, that would indicate they may indeed be under investigation.
