With only 240M restricted shares, the A/S being maxed out means nothing. Yesterday there was only 1 buy for every 10 sells and over 36M was dumped below bid so somebody has a ton of shares they want to get rid of. And since they are willing to dump them at .0006 they obviously got them for a lot less than that.

In this case I don't believe the PPS is going down anyfurther bc the SS is now maxed out!
