They can still buy BMRN. I think more likely BMRN is bought out by someone who doesn't have orphan disease operation but wants to get in without the need to build from ground - GSK tried to build from ground up but has had quite miserable result. That's been my position because that's the biggest value BMRN brings at the moment.
