When you have one single product, competition is always top issue. That applies to every company. They have their own subc formula, going to ph3 next year. In orphan space, it is not easy to replace a very effective existing product. HAE is no longer unmet need anymore, full controlled studies are needed for approval now, so burden would be quite high for new entrant.
