btw, little BRST is back to 2.00; APPL/BRST litigation in progress; BRST is to APPL (~) as NTP is to RIMM; hence, watching RIMM legal case for possible precedent; see here:

might keep an eye on SIRI here tunafish, it has been trying to hold this bottom area of $5.75 or so , though I've loved it
short and might be a risk of break down .....could be a little bounce trade though.

* F & GM ....they really need to get their design depts going
into high gear , especially Ford and come up with some hybrids and cars that look more exciting
than Hertz rental fleet cars ;-)
