No there is no such period TMK. If there were one some of us be it RD or LL or me would know. There is only a 6 month restriction from the point when a debt is issued. IOW the debt must age for 6 months before shares issued for settlement of that debt can be sold. LL wrote a very important post on this matter that is posted under "educative IHub posts" in the intro section of this board . I suggest that you go back and read it if you are interested.

You want us to go through this again a year from now?

There are some pieces of information on the web that mention 2 years, or 1 year. But it's really 6 months. And SIAF usually issues stock when the debt is 5 months old. So all the shares we know about, have been eligible for sale. I don't agree with this because we as investors are sitting ducks. But please, don't let them sell those shares again.

The budget should be fixed by now. There is no other way to put it. If it's not, then I'm afraid the odds of SIAF not being a fraud are slowly turning against us. I hope Solomon understands this.

this is a must-read for those who want to understand the issue of debt settlement with shares that Company has been using as "supplemental" funding for its growth (10-13% of internally generated funds) and the dumpage we have seen over the past 2-3 years.
