The BioZone law suit is almost a plausible scenario for Fuse, with one exception:

Before the Fuse common shareholder have their shares stolen under similar circumstances, I truly believe enough of us would step forward to negotiate the satisfaction of that $700k debt.

So are you saying that BT is a maniacal genius scamming all of us out of our shares for $700,000? or are you saying that BY is an idiot that doesn't realize that he is going to get robbed like the BioZone guy? You guys can't have it both ways all of the time.
