You have to understand the dynamic here Dave. That was "technically" correct, but as is often observed, not the "complete truth" as it should have been stated. We do want the "complete truth" right?

The complete truth yesterday was ALL OTC stocks were halted due to an electronic trading glitch that shut the whole market down. Seafarer was not singled out to be halted as the lack of complete disclosure wanted you to believe.

Now you know the "complete" story, not just the incorrect innuendo.
