BGL doesn't have SHIT...They have a lawsuit( which there is some debate about) which does not give any rights over cinco minas, nor is it any form of ownership, nor is it any kind of asset...It can not be an asset unless it is owned...
The right thing to say would be BGL is trying to gain ownership of Cinco Minas since that's what BGL is (supposedly) really doing, but instead, BGL claims that they already own Cinco Minas by calling it "Bandera's Cinco Minas property" and "The company's cicno minas property"
