Expediter - I try to be conservative and then cut my projections in half. Assuming the worst-case scenario at the district court stage, considering the low O/S and strength of Worlds's patents, I see this stock easily hitting $0.80 after a successful Markman, and at least double that with a win at trial based only on the post-COC infringement. My big picture is even higher, as I believe there is a very good chance that if Judge Capser sides with ATVI on the pre-COC validity/priority arguments, the federal circuit will reverse her ruling and kick the matter back to her to deal with the pre-COC damages (which will be trebled due to ATVI's willful infringement). My big picture also includes the potential damages from the other infringers, who have stolen Worlds's avatar patents to make billions on their violent and addictive video games.
So, while Judge Capser has the potential to hurt the WDDD longterm investors with her ruling, I strongly believe the price will recover and ultimately reach levels that few here will have the patience and stomach to endure. Just my thoughts.
