And perhaps you can explain to me why you allow moderators of board to post false and misleading information and please be aware that there is overwhelmimg factual evidence that this has occurred

However, please explain the difference between being up front about asking posters to visit a partcular website and the subtle placement of a URL to a gambling site? Pumping is pumping in my mind. I think that particular URL is as inappropriate for the BKMP board as was mine. Since having spent time here in Jail, I have concluded that:
In fact any URL pointed to another stock that does not pertain directly to the DD or other vital information for the subject stock of any particular board is spamming and pumping!
IMHO of course yer honor.
