Not seeing that as a fair analogy. Just saying, many traders are flipping shares and shorting, and that could add to the drop in PPS. BMAK sits on the ask for every penny stock in OTC land--does not prove dilution.
Lord knows everyone here knows I have been critical of the company for things verifiable in their filings, but therein lies the crux of this notion of dilution.
If it has been occurring there would need to be SEC filings. If you still believe the dilution has been occurring then you are really saying the company is purposely withholding required SEC filings (a much bigger concern than dilution).
Or, you subscribe to the idea there has been massive naked shorting (I do not for the record). The OTC short data for the period ending October 31 will be available publicly from their site 11/11/2013. That data will help us determine if there has been any naked shorting going on. If it has, based on that data, I will change my position and admit my take on the topic was incorrect.
Call me naive or whatever you want. I have to go by what I know from public disclosures and what I can triangulate will happen based on analyzing that public information.
