Many assumptions are being made in this post--especially the "small timers"--no one knows how many shares are held/bought/sold except the individual trader. While BMAK ask sitting certainly does not help the PPS, there are other factors to consider--ex, shorting and flipping which is very common in penny land. As far as the increase in A/S being used inappropriately, that is your assumption and not a fact.
So, you've answered my question--there is no proof of dilution.
