IMHO If the nexus people do not give a way to independently verify what they claim ie through state agency websites then IMHO they are running a variation of the play book used to scam former Pharmstar INC investors END OF STORY!!!! (at least Howard had trademarks and a patent application with the US patent office which could be looked upon line!!!
