ARTS conversion.... 2 or 4 means squat to them on adding to the OS because it's not for operating capital it's for the ARTS conversion. IMO but I have very good opinions :)

Where is PRPM going to run to with 4.5+ billion outstanding shares? Eddie doesn't need a high share price. Wyoming allows UNLIMITED AUTHORIZED SHARES. It's much easier to dupe shareholders in a PRPM .0001 than it is at .01. Makes plenty of sense. Better volume for stock pushers like Vakser.

Very confused at to why EV is going through all of these machinations just to dump at .0001 and .0002. He could be doing that without any PRs, R/M etc. Why not at least let it run first? Makes no sense
