If you read the golf today article linked in their PR dated Jan 9/06 Andy Harris talks about an elite player who used the shafts at Tampa and Tour championship.This player is Davis Love.Ian Baker Finch talked at great length during Chrysler open about Davis trying out these new scandium shafts and loving them.He also spoke about the number of players trying to get fitted for the shafts.Players have contracts to play sponsors clubs.No one has a contract to play certain shafts.They will play with whatever provides ths best results.Hence the move to scandium.Soon enough we will see some of the lessor players on tour without club contracts gravitating to the e21 driver as they will want any edge that they can get on the competition.The big boys will be in no position to change.WHY.BECAUSE THEIR LOCKED INTO CONTRACTS AND E21 CAN'T PAY THEM THE BIG BUCKS FOR THE TIME BEING.They will have to settle for the improvement the shafts provide for the time being.
