I am talking about general titration scheme that would be put on label. They have to establish to satisfy FDA, at least somewhat. Whether they need to do in a trial first or based on analysis of existing data, I am not 100% certain either way because we don't see ALL data. I lean toward the former, but wouldn't be entirely surprised of later. They'll need a confirmation trial either way.
