#6716 RE: Arkdave #6715

Arkdave that is not correct and they are full of it, that is only for proxy inquiries, the % ownership absolutely irrelevant, you can own 1 share just one and they still have to disclose all supplemental information, that not even according to GAAP but SOX and PCAOB, I can't find any PCAOB registration for their accountant.
But I suspect that there got to be some footnotes or disclosures from their auditors about shares otherwise, those auditors can take some serious chances, honestly even if Floyd pays me $1000/hour to audit him, knowing what I know about Petron and their structure, I wouldn't touch it with a telegraph pole, too much risk. There is absolutely no doubt eventually Petron is going to be scrutinized, it is just a matter of time. Again, hate to repeat it, but if any other company would have done what Petron pulled last week correlated with largest volume..................would already have class action law suit.
Oh well IMO

That is the exact same letter I got. I have been contemplating on whether, or rather how, to disclose it. I sent a response and was going to wait on a reply before I posted anything, but after a little digging I don't care about the reply anymore. I'll likely not be buying back into PEII unless I just see a run and want to make a quick flip.

It reads just like arkdave's, stating I am not a shareholder and I would need to be for at least 6 months...yada yada...need to have authorization by 5% of shareholders...yada yada yada. To be fair, I am technically no longer a shareholder as of yesterday afternoon, but I seriously doubt they just happened to check right after I sold.

To make a long story short, the letter was from and they are represented by Zouvas Law Firm in San Diego. I suggest a quick Google search on them for some DD.

There is too much smoke in the air surrounding PEII. The only thing that is missing is a campaign from Awesome Penny Stocks, but they've been shut down...
