I did call and made my inquiry and left a message, nothing, now I sent an Email with legal clause that pretty much obligates them to disclose the structure since I am a common shareholder. Let's see what happens. Just my thoughts.

From the T/A to the company, they are making people jump through hoops to get basic info, kind of ridiculous if you ask me.

I guess we'll see how this all shakes out next week.....so much for transparency....
