You have a naïve view of the situation if you believe JJ has given up effective control (he probably now controls MDMN USA and by inference MDMN Chile) and how do you arrive at that conclusion.

Yes, Mike how do you arrive at that conclusion? isn't 16 years of BS enough for you? Please only give facts or objective evidence and I will show you my evidence.
Other posters have performed worthy work refuting the most egregious fantasies and exaggerations in your post, so I'm left with only scraps, but since it is November, here it goes:
Medinah has completely changed its Board, added a CEO
Yes, on the surface this seem correct. But from a practical business management or investor relations perspective, exactly what has changed? Tenney is completely invisible and apparently ineffectual as well, as it was obvious he would be with his amazingly light resume devoid in related experiences. We still are force fed occasional "updates" which look just like the old unreadable garbage we're used to, celebrating "mini milestones" rather than providing any relevant information about the mystery JV we could use. Oh, I know, top secret super NDA, right?
And let's not forget our "completely changed board"! Please share with us what goodness Mr. Kirkland (of casino and piano fame) has brought us? Or Mr. Thomas, exactly how has shareholder value been increased due to his involvement? Specifics, please? Do you think for a minute they believe the lack of professional PR or IR services advances Medinah's cause? Now, I am of the opinion a board of directors should include a variety of professionals with different skill sets and perspectives, but given the innumerable "bait and switches" and broken promises of the past, I see absolutely nothing indicating anything of substance accruing to the involvement of those two gentlemen.
And aren't we paying these guys 2,000,000 in shares per year, or something like that?
And getting back to the already-refuted lark that "insiders have given up control", have you considered that JJ has millions more shares he can easily monetize, in stark contract to the thousands of hectares he's been consistently unable to monetize for over a decade? What does he care if he sells at $0.05 or $0.25? It's all "free money" to him!
Furthermore, their new partner is an actual major mining company as opposed to a fund or group of investors as in previous times.
In all those years you did not learn that you should not believe anything mr. Price tells you? Until the company will announce the partnership with the Major you are talking about I don`t believe anything they tell you. Is got to be in writing and PR`d.
Since you are always talking with Les Price ask him what happened to the lawsuit to partner "A". We are still waiting on that one.
It's penny land, it's all about the issuance of paper and the insiders making off like bandits!!! It Seems like all they have to do is open the desk drawer and pull out more restricted shares to sell at "greatly discounted prices" to fund what turns out to be, their own bank accounts.
