my priorities are subscriptions/advertising and syndication along with additional carriage. Those will lead to the possibility of resolution to pps/share structure

That possibility is way behind the PROBABILITY that before the PPS/share structure issue is resolved, there will be a serious R/S to deal with.

And investors at .0001 and above will get screwed. IMHO.

Definitely skunks, but you have to realize that without financials and filing with the SEC, we are in a huge hole. However, we can get out of that hole very, very easily with those things... so it's up in the air...
